Flat Pack Kits
The Signbox range of high quality aluminium extrusions have been designed to make assemblies quick and easy.
You can achieve significant savings on production costs, lead times and transport costs by ordering Signbox products in ready to assemble Flat Pack Kits. We cut all sections to size and supply with corner brackets and joiners, lighting and faces – ready for assembly. You can even have the products delivered directly to the install site to reduce unnecessary handling.
Lighting
The Signbox Classic and Twin range of Lightbox extrusions have been designed for either backlit or edgelit LED lighting, and we are able to supply high quality LED modules for these applications.
It is essential to use the correct lighting specifications for single and double sided Fabric Frame displays in order to achieve the desired level of brightness and colour rendering, while at the same time avoiding unsightly hot spots on the face.
Our Tempo and Rhythm range have been designed to achieve the best lighting effects, and we are able to supply a range of high quality backlit and edgelit bars in both 12v and 24v options. These LED bars have been designed specifically for narrow Fabric Frame applications.
ACM Grooving
ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) grooving is a process used to create precise grooves in aluminum composite panels, allowing them to be bent or folded while maintaining a smooth and clean surface. Grooving is typically used in architectural and signage cladding applications.
The V-shaped groove is cut into the back side of the ACM panel, at 135°angle. The depth of the groove reaches the core material, leaving a thin layer of aluminum on the front side.
We utilize specialised Striebig wall saws with digital measurement, fitted with depth controlled V-groove cutters to make precise cuts. These cutters are designed to cut through the aluminum and core materials without damaging the front face.
After the groove is cut, the panel can be folded along the groove line. The thin remaining aluminum on the front side acts as a hinge, allowing the panel to be bent into various shapes like boxes, columns, or corner panels without cracking the outer surface.
Grooved ACM panels are used in facades, cladding, interior decoration, and other architectural applications that require clean lines and sharp angles. This technique allows for intricate designs and a smooth finish.

Go Green and Recycle
Aluminium can be recycled over and over again without any loss of quality. Aluminium is one of the most recycled materials on earth. Almost 75 per cent of the 1.5 billion tonnes of Aluminium ever produced is still in use today. And every year, more than 30 million tonnes of aluminium scrap is recycled globally, ensuring its status as one of the most recycled materials on the planet.
