Profile

Double sided 150mm deep profile with sturdy design with sufficient depth to ensure optimal lighting for either backlit or edgelit LED lighting solutions. Features a flush fit beading for a sleek, seamless look. Ideal for suspended, projecting or freestanding signs.

Acrylic Face

Acrylic faces for bright and even illumination. Insert the face between the beading and the Signbox frame, where the necessary allowance is made for the movement of the acrylic face.

LED Illumination

Edge lighting is ideal for illuminating double sided signs and single sided signs with sufficient depth. Edgelit modules have a special lens design to distribute light evenly across the back of the sign face. Achieve significant labour and cost savings by using less modules with Edgelit technology.

Suspended or Projecting

The Signbox profile can be installed as a suspended or projecting sign by bolting to an appropriate bracket or sub-structure. Add stabilisers for extra support and strength.

The range of Signbox extrusions are the proprietary designs of Signbox (Pty) Ltd and have been published in the South African Patent Journal. All designs carry a design Certificate of Registration issued in terms of the South Africa Design Act of 1993.

A-Frames are supplied fully assembled and ready to use.

Crystal displays are supplied fully assembled and ready to use.

Our fabric frames are supplied in flat pack kits together with all the necessary hardware to assemble the frame on-site. Follow our step-by-step guide for assembly and installation.

Artwork Submission Guidelines

Please follow the requirements below to ensure the best quality and compatibility for your artwork:

File Formats:
  • Accepted File Types: JPEG, PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, AI.
  • Preferred File Format for Vectors: SVG, EPS or AI.

Resolution:
  • Minimum Resolution: 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) for raster images.
  • File Size: Maximum of 10MB per file.

Dimensions:
  • Minimum Size: 1000 x 1000 pixels (for raster images).
  • Preferred Size: Match the final output size, maintaining the aspect ratio.

Colour Mode:
  • CMYK: Preferred for printing to ensure colour accuracy.
  • RGB: Accepted, but may result in colour shifts when printed.

Additional Requirements:
  • Bleed Area: Include a 5mm bleed area on all sides for print designs.
  • Text & Fonts: Convert all text to outlines or include the fonts used.
  • Transparency: Avoid using transparent backgrounds unless necessary.

Special Instructions:
  • Design Placement: Ensure key elements are within the safe zone (away from edges).
  • No Watermarks: Please remove any watermarks or placeholder text from your design.
